Service Agreement Programs Description @ Ermones^®

One Time Service: This service is mostly referred to private residential properties owners that have specific pest problems such as appearance of a house mouse or snake or even seasonal insect problems - mosquitoes, wasps, lawn problems etc.

Monthly: This service is mostly referred to commercial & industrial customers that provide sensitive services such as Hotels & Restaurants or school canteens, which need a well planned pest control program in order to avoid any pest infestation inside their facilities and in the perimeter around them.

Bi-Monthly: This service also fits to commercial & industrial customers which don't have a direct interaction with customers but need to protect the establishment and or the end product. This profile could fit pharmaceutical manufacturing units, food production plans or food import facilities and warehouses.

Quarterly: This service is mostly referred to customers that own mostly warehouses, factories or unmanned locations and provide  non-sensitive services directly to humans health such as GSM & TV Remote Broadcasting Relay Stations, Non-Food storage facilities or Non-Food manufacturing facilities. This customer categories could be monitored initially Quarterly and then gradually the monitor and the baits substitution to be done every 4-months or even every 6-months. That always depends on the customer's requests and or the degree of the problem. 

Annual Service: This service is mostly referred to seasonal problems and it could any customer category - commercial, industrial or even residential when some species have remembered their last years neibourhood!

Notes: 1) Even though we do offer service agreements, no contract is binding. If the CLIENT decides to cancel, there is absolutely no penalty for cancellation. You are free to do so at any time.
