Apartments and private owned Holiday complexes create many opportunities for insects and other types of pests to reside and multiply. Apartments and Holiday complexes are more prone to pest problems than most other structures for a variety of reasons. Before considering a pest management program for apartments and Holiday complexes, it is important to understand the various conditions which favor infestation in such buildings, as well as the conditions which make pest control difficult.

Our Residential Program includes:

	Annual Maintenance Service Agreement (optional)
	24Hours / 7 Days a week Emergency service - This service is charged with a "Minimum Call" fee1
	Service Report upon each visit
	Advise the customer about children safety from pests

Notes:
(1) The "Minimum Call" Fee" is charged in the case that no actions were taken, no baiting was placed or chemicals used. In Case that there is a treatment, then the Minimum Call is waved.
